Payment Policies

Our major goal is to provide a safer and more convenient way of shopping for our men clients. For that, we accept payments through Pay Pal (Credit Cards or Debit Card). In addition to this, we also allow transactions from American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Diners Club cards, JCB, VISA and many more.

Return Policy

Our exceptional return and replacement policies have also won the hearts of many clients. We accept returns in case of damaged good or of clothes having design as well as manufacturing defect. Before sending the product back, the buyer must contact our service desk through e-mail at ambecollections@gmail.com within a period of 24 hours from receiving the said defected order. The em-mail must contain the details about what kind of damage/defect is there. After the confirmation in written form for refund, replace or return, the package can be returned attached with a copy of your original invoice and original packaging within a period of 7 days (Working). In case of replacement, if the outfit is out of stock at that moment the customer will be awarded with refund. Some other important things that the clients must know about our return policy:-
  • The clients can request pick up services from their doorsteps in case our partnered courier services offers the same in that location. In that case the entire shipping cost will be borne by our company. But in case the courier services does not offer these service at the customers premises, the patrons will have to send back the product through registered air mail or courier services. In this case charge will not be the responsibility of our company.
  • Please do not accept a tampered courier as there will be a major chance that the product inside might also be damaged. If accepted by buyer, it will not be eligible for return.
  • The Return option is not available if at the time of purchase the customer has selected "Size / Stitching Options".
  • One must avoid returning the product prior to receiving official confirmation from us for the same.
  • The returned package must be labeled returned this help us in fasten up the process.

Delivery Information

To present our clients with perfection within the prescribed time, we have partnered up with globally acclaimed courier businesses like FedEx, DHL and many more. They provide us with speedy delivery services, and allows us to deliver our defect free clothing range at your door steps. Please avoid giving P.O Box addresses as our partners do not deliver there. So the user must give his complete address along with correct contact information. Furthermore, the package will be left at doorstep of the client, if they do not answer the bell or say were not at home at that moment. So you must stay connected with our courier partners as they will contact you before delivering the product with the help of essential information we forward to them.

Further, the shipping cost charged by us from international clients is calculated on the basis of the weight of the ordered goods and the location of the clients. We constantly try to reduce these charges to provide a value product to our clients. The dispatching and delivery process of the ordered clothes might take up to a period of three working weeks. We strive to avoid any sort of delay in delivery but in case of same, we notify the clients beforehand through e-mail.

Extra Information:- We do not deliver on public holidays including Sunday. Moreover, if the order gets returned to us by our partners due to wrong address information, we will not be held responsible for refund. We have no control over VAT or custom duty charges as they vary from country to country, they are completely to be paid by the buyer of the goods as per the law.

The information filled in the order detail form must be correct and authentic.
  • It should be confirmed that the payment done through credit card are authorized online. In case of authentication failure or non-acceptance of payment, our company will not be liable.
  • The actual clothing's color might differ a little from the image because of the lights and fabric dyes, so the customer must keep it in mind at the time of ordering.
  • On custom made items refund as well as exchanges are not available, we can only replace and rectify the outfit for the customers.
  • Our designs and prices of the varied range of men's wear can be changed according to increasing demand and fashion trends.
  • Designs and prices are subject to changes without notice.
